When the user takes their laptop out to the field and tries to use Outlook, then it gives that error above back at the office/domain network.They connect in the field using mobile hotspot on their phone. So when they try to open Outlook, it gives that error, then closes out Outlook. Modify your profile to ensure that you are using the correct Microsoft Exchange information service." The Microsoft Exchange information service in your profile is missing required information. verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name.
